Terms and Conditions – ze77 Platform Rules

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the ze77 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a binding agreement between you and ze77.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use any services offered on ze77. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility

To register and use ze77, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ze77 is an adult platform and does not permit minors to register or participate in any gaming activity.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only. Use of ze77 on behalf of another person or entity is not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of ze77 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement in your personal capacity.

ze77 reserves the right to request age verification or identity documentation at any time. Accounts where the member cannot confirm eligibility will be suspended pending review.

03 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account on ze77. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different phone numbers, names or payment methods — is a breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these terms.

• Your account is personal to you. You must not allow any other person to access or use your ze77 account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone under any circumstances.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact ze77 support immediately at [email protected].
• ze77 will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as suspicious.
• Account names and registered mobile numbers cannot be changed after registration without verification. Contact support if you genuinely need to update your registered details.

ze77 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Members are expected to cooperate with these checks fully and promptly.

04 Deposits

All deposits to your ze77 account must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) using a payment method registered in your own name. ze77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.

Supported deposit methods on ze77 include:

• JazzCash — processes instantly in most cases
• Easypaisa — processes instantly in most cases
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfer
• Bank transfer — processing time depends on your bank
• Mobile wallets and debit cards where available

ze77 does not charge fees on deposits from its side. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank directly if you are unsure about fees on their end.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and can be updated by ze77 at any time.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time through the Withdrawal page. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, or to a verified account in your name.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ze77 may request documentation before releasing funds, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be completed before a withdrawal of bonus-related funds can be processed. Deposits that have not been wagered at least once may also be subject to a review before release.
• ze77 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer requests.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Withdrawal page and may vary by payment method.
• ze77 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation if there is reason to believe the account has been involved in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or a breach of these terms.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

ze77 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all bonuses on ze77:

• Bonuses are intended for genuine entertainment use. Any attempt to exploit a bonus offer — such as placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer or using automated tools — constitutes abuse and will result in the bonus and any resulting winnings being forfeited.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The specific wagering amount and eligible games will be detailed in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and can only be used on ze77. They cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.
• ze77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after a bonus has been credited, the bonus balance at the time of cancellation may be removed from your account.
• Only one bonus can typically be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on ze77 — whether on cricket, PSL, T20, football, esports or any other market — are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules are available within each betting section of the platform.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Please review your selections carefully before confirming.
• Odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or otherwise not completed, bets will be settled according to the relevant sport rules displayed in the betting section.
• ze77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at clearly incorrect odds or as a result of a technical fault on the platform.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the real-time availability of the market. ze77 does not guarantee that any specific in-play market will remain open throughout an event.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are shown within the relevant betting interface.
• ze77 reserves the right to limit the betting activity of any account at its discretion, including reducing maximum stake sizes, without being required to provide a detailed explanation.

08 VIP Programme

ze77 operates a VIP programme that rewards members who play regularly across sports betting, casino, fish games and slots. Participation in the VIP programme is subject to the following:

• VIP tier progression is based on activity across ze77, including betting volume and deposit history. The exact criteria for each tier are outlined on the VIP page.
• VIP benefits including cashback, faster withdrawal processing and exclusive promotions are provided at ze77's discretion and are not guaranteed as a permanent entitlement.
• ze77 reserves the right to adjust, pause or remove VIP benefits from any account that is found to be in breach of these terms, including accounts suspected of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• VIP status is non-transferable and cannot be passed to another account or person.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ze77. Engaging in any of the below will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with ze77 in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using information not publicly available at the time a market is open — commonly referred to as insider information.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game or betting market.
• Using ze77 in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification processes.
• Attempting to access another member's account or interfering with ze77's systems, servers or networks.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

ze77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Reasons for account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Chargebacks initiated against ze77 deposits without a valid reason.
• Prolonged inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction for an extended period may be marked as dormant.

11 Privacy and Data
